SHIPPING
Processing Time: All orders will ship within 1-3 business day.
Shipping Times (We are a USA based company)
- First Class: 4-7 business days after order processing.
- Priority: 2-3 business days after order processing.
- We do not ship internationally
Lost or Returned Packages
- We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once your item tracking updates with USPS it is no longer the responsibility of The Vultures Bone Inc. Shipping issues should then be directed to www.usps.com/help/claims.com
- We are not responsible for packages damaged in transit. While we try our best to protect the products within, the handling of packages after shipping is beyond our control.
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address an additional shipping charge will be required to reship.
- If your tracking shows delivery and you did not receive it please contact your local postal carrier.

RETURNS
- We have a one week return policy, which means you have one week (7 days) after delivery to request a return or refund. Returns will receive a 10% restocking fee.
- You will also need the receipt/order number or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at thevulturesbone@gmail.com. Subject line "RETURN REQUESTED" followed by your order number.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thevulturesbone@gmail.com.
